PISS-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The app itself isnt the problem, its the customer service or should I say LACK of thats the problem.
6,yes,6 emails and not a single response !!!!!
If I could I would get my
money back just because of the PISS-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
